1. Click on the cog wheel icon at the top right

  2. Click on templates

  3. Click on create template

4. Fill in the template title and save

5. Add section by clicking on add section
6. Add section title
7. Click on save

8. Add item title
9. Click on save
10. Add a new section by clicking on add section

TIP! You can add a description for each item. This is a great way to support the people doing the round regarding what to look for. This also gives your company an opportunity to standardize what you look for during the rounds.
